Ingredients: Smoked whitefish (whitefish, whiting, salt, natural hardwood smoke), mayonnaise (soybean oil and/or cottonseed oil [during passover], water, egg yolks, sugar, vinegar, salt, EDTA added as a preservative), less than 1/10th of 1% potassium sorbate as a preservative, nisin, and lemon juice.
