Not your average chocolate chip cookie. We add the perfect amount of espresso, toasted pecans, and that sprinkle of Maldon sea salt on top for the sweet + savory dream.
Ingredients: brown rice flour, oat flour, organic cane sugar, brown sugar, olive oil, potato starch, espresso powder, xanthan gum, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, salt, vegan chocolate chunks (cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, soya lecithin [emulsifier]), natural vanilla extract.
Baking instructions: Top each frozen cookie with a pinch of sea salt (provided). Bake at 350 degrees (preheat that oven!) for 14 minutes, in center of the oven.
